Visit with Shirley Woolley

A very pleasant day visiting with Shirley Woolley at Carolyn and Bruce's place. Ernie Diehl dropped Wendy, Barb and I off at Carolyn's place to visit with Shirley, who was staying there recovering after her fall and fracture on her pelvis. This fall delayed Shirley's return to Ontario and this was our window of opportunity to catch up with her before her scheduled flight back with Louise on Friday. Shirley was doing quite well with her walking but had to watch out with the youthful enthusiasm of the dog Ginger and the twin boys, Joshua and Patrick who met us at the door. We all settled down in chairs with a catch up of who what and where with Shirley's family, Wendy's and our lot back in New Zealand. Carolyn went off to prepare hotdogs for the boys and lunch for us and Joshua joined us on the seat chatting away before cuddling up to his Nana.
