Some of the floats had ribbon cannons that shot out lots of ribbon shapes. I was lucky enough for the camera to capture a heart shaped one close to the lens.

- Unforgettable Music
- I've been in Radio since 1977, starting at Radio Lakeland. When Today FM moved to 107 Great North Road, Auckland, I became an announcer on Today FM and for a while, the 'Brand Manager' I then set up Unforgettable Music, hiring time on 1593AM and setting up the first of the Unforgettable Music Society's LPFM mini transmitters. See Blog Post 1, End Of An Era.Later (2005-2008 I think) I worked on Coast, part of the Radio Network.
