What a crowd, what a parade, what noise, what colour.
After being at the market, we walked via a park (with an out door cinema screen) around to near the Anne Frank House, to Prinsengracht. After checking out the building crowds and reducing viewing options we decided to grab this spot on a bridge facing away from the direction of the parade. Barb saw a suitable position on the other side of the bridge but by the time we thought about how to secure our current spot whilst claiming the other space, that space was taken. Ah well, Barb and Jeantine sat down with their upper bodies on one side of the lower railing with their legs dangling over the edge and Ray stood leaning beside Barb.
