There were a series of these glassed Community Notice Boards with various displays, including one with notices about events for Seniors and another couple with displays from pre-school or primary age school kids. These glass cases were in a line in front of the off street parking for what appeared to be a Government building. Note the reflection of a passing orange vehicle to match the orange ball. This ball had a light on within, but later with wife and daughter in tow, the light was out. (auto switch?)
I noticed too, when I went to photograph the sculpture behind (later deleted) there was little evidence of weed control. Maybe we could export some weed eaters to Germany and Holland.
